In addition to the budgetary injustice, this same "budget bill" also has a clause, approved by the house, that shields Trump and his allies from being held in contempt of court. In short, they’re trying to pass a law that lets Trump freely defy court orders.

Senator Sanders is the only one, the sole vote, that voted against additional funding for Israel last year, he has spoken on this topic repeatedly in Congress, and in public. Raising a bill that no other congressman would support would have no true value.

The point of all this is - The U.S. should not be supporting Israel (or any country) in the ethnic cleansing and genocide of another. Period. Who supports such atrocities more or less is irrelevant.
