i feel that a big reason that i like mr robot a lot more than the other sort of auteur drama shows (other than being a tech person) is that instead of he main character being evil with a justification, he has a strong and correct moral framework but is just profoundly misguided.

a lot of words have been spilled over the legitimacy of using genAI in art. i’m staking my claim as a dirty centrist and saying that it can be very useful in the mediums i engage in (short fiction and tabletop games) so long as it is used while the author knows what it is (machine for alphabet soup)
