yeah :( the british library also feels weaker than it was in like 2021? but it’s been so hot this summer i just kinda feel like it’s more of a “the aircon is working at a pace it cannot maintain”

my assumption has always been that it’s more that the heat has gotten higher and worse and more prolonged, which given how the infrastructure of the UK is, just that the aircon isn’t able to make a dent in this kind of heat?
