I'm getting a little upset that RCV mathematically doesn't guarantee a Condorcet winner, because I'm pretty sure that would be A. Adams in this race, but she joined too late and just hasn't broken through

Still cheaper to use public rights-of-way! Kind of amazing that Chicago's elevateds are so consistently *not* over streets, because NYC, Boston, and Philly's basically all are/were.

It's harder to schedule the 2/5 each to dedicated terminal tracks than the 2/3 to whatever track is available at the moment. That, plus a faster switch north of Brooklyn College, plus eventually CBTC, almost doubles capacity based on NYCT simluations (source: archive.org/details/irt-...)

It would have a lot less mezzanine space for exhibits, but there's whole unused island platforms at Chambers, Canal, and Bowery on the Nassau St Line

I've also already donated to Myrie, Mamdani, and Lander, but I'll be ranking Adrienne Adams next month, and I want to reward this cooperative anti-Cuomo campaigning
