It’s a fun ride. I bought it on a whim when I saw it at a second hand store and was glad I did.

Blazing Dragons. Hilarious adventure game that I know many people have no idea exists and that needs to be rectified.

I don’t think they will learn even if that happens.

I think the people falling for the AI snake oil need to become self aware sooner than that.

Trump is going to say he is responsible for getting other nations to spend more on defence. He is right, but only because other NATO nations now realize that they might be going to war with the USA in the near future.

That is even before the dressing up as a police officer, wearing a latex mask to obscure their identity, and decking their vehicle to look like a police cruiser. Sure, no pre-meditation here.

Also it should be noted that the suspect here literally had a hit list of democrats on them and had been running surveillance before the killings. I guess that’s not enough for it to be pre-meditated because it’s only a second degree charge.

The secret third thing where it actually does well and completely erases the meaning behind Orwell’s work.

On another note, looking at the screenwriter’s credits. This person is known for comedy’s, which Animal Farm is far away from that type of allegory.

It was originally going to be Rupert Wyatt but then they switched to Serkis last minute. I bet Rupert read the script and said I’m out.

Overall it does seem that the Steel Wool team are learning from their past mistakes. Makes me interested to see how much more they improve in future projects.

Still a few crashes and glitches present but it’s not terrible. Also there is points in the game where progressing past a point will block the player from going back and exploring which is something that will always frustrate the player.

Collectables in this game aren’t just lore dumps. There is a text based adventure game on the terminals that the collectables act as progression items for. Not needed for progression in the main game, more a unique way to provide a player rewards. Do have to give that praise.

What I think works best here is the adoption of survival horror tropes. It’s a closed location but progression comes from upgrading security levels to open new doors. What is actually really cool is that they did reward exploration with a unique collectable system.

Concord was a game nobody asked for. This one was hyped because of who was behind it.

It’s making the rounds through gaming news because of how much of an absolute mess it is.

Think of it as a product of its time. It put on display the horrors of slavery and evoked empathy through Christianity. It however had become so prolific that it’s depictions of black people had transformed into the now known negative stereotypes of the era.

You get cool kid points for watching Ricky and Elliot.

One actually useful application I can think of is allowing NPC’s to actually be able to say the name of the player character if the player was able to create their own characters name.
