Love this!

I struggle so much with that technique! It's funny how, as ADHDers, we all have so many similarities but also differences.

Gotta yap through it! I'm definitely glad I got a diagnosis and meds. It was so worth it. Everyone's experience on meds is different. Some folks notice their effects more.

I can't see the post you're quote tweeting because of a block, but I would absolutely read what you want to write.

For me, all that stuff still happens even with meds, but maybe the frequency is reduced. Overall, I don't really notice that they're working, but I have fewer meltdowns from stress with them and I get way more done at the end of the day. I notice when I don't take them only.

There's nothing wrong with stuttering. I hope it goes well for you! I'm sure attendees will be happy to hear what you have to say.

I'm not upset, I was confused. You turned up in the BipolarSky feed. Not my fault I saw your post.

Manic depressive is an outdated term. Hasn't been used in decades. Was this supposed to be a joke?

Ah okay, thanks for sharing it!

Good for you. I'll keep my eyes out for updates. I'm glad you have a plan!

I would actually love to see that list if you wouldn't mind sending me the link Ree.

I think thinking you have it fully under control is the danger zone. I thought that when I was stable for five years, then it came back with a vengeance.
comment in response to post
Oh sorry! Like went overboard. Did too much! Didn't control myself and followed loads of starter packs.
comment in response to post
You're very good at even growth! I struggle with that. I went ham on all of the starter packs early on.

Good luck! You got this

Sorry to hear it Wally! How are you holding up?

Oh my goodness, coolest doggo ever!

Looks like I'll also be gardening, then going to watch the hockey game with work friends! This turned into a full day.

Yikes! Stay safe this morning! I have a meeting for job number 2 this morning and also have physio this afternoon!

More ministerial control, less autonomy for medical professionals. The idea of an evidence-based emergency response? That’s now just a nostalgic memory.

I'm so sorry to hear you've lost another loved one. Sending love in your time of grief.

If you're not comfortable with "mental illness," (it's not a bad word) you can use mental health issue or mental health condition.
comment in response to post
Mental health and mental illness are not interchangeable terms and neither are neurodiversity and neurodivergence. People don't have "neurodiversities." As a group, humans are neurodiverse. All humans have mental health. Some humans are neurodivergent and/or have a mental illness.

Bipolar, in science, refers to something that has two poles. The weather doesn't have poles. Nobody talks about poles in meteorology.

Their memory demands that we challenge the dehumanization of the vulnerable wherever it arises—and remind the world that dignity, not productivity or perfection, defines the worth of a human life. (29/29)

I just got home from work. I'm running a training for a volunteer thing tonight, but have some time to relax in between.

Oh my gosh! That's quite the backlog! Sounds like a great day though.

That's fantastic about the ticket! Sorry your back acts up too. I'm still learning how to do everything five minutes at a time.

I'm medium today. Back to work at my main job. Lol! How are you?
