like did you think telling me "my country is bought and sold" was a substantive argument as if I don't fucking know what citizens united is? I genuinely can't understand where you think you've made a single substantive argument here.
comment in response to post
like I do not understand why it is so difficult for you to follow such a simple thread. let me make it very clear: 1. I am aware Harris would have had similar policies to Biden and done a similar amount of harm to Palestinians. 2. Biden is not Trump. 3. My argument is about Trump, not Biden.
comment in response to post
you have literally said nothing of substance. you linked an msnbc opinion piece that was wholly irrelevant to my point and just kept screeching about how she'd be the same as Biden ok???? yes???? I know???? that was never in dispute. the only dispute here was whether she would be worse than Trump
comment in response to post
yeah well unfortunately I don't have a fucking time machine so
comment in response to post
yeah because you can't fucking defend your position because it's indefensible.
comment in response to post
like don't you fucking think there would be a TINY bit more room to advocate for gaza if LITERALLY THE ENTIRE US GOVT WASNT GOING THROUGH AN AUTHORITARIAN COUP. hmmmmmmMmmmmMMMMM it's a complete mystery right????????..?
comment in response to post
it's also important to recognize that every fucking thing else people are dealing with here leaves activists with LESS TIME TO FOCUS ON GAZA because our fucking next door neighbors are being kidnapped by the gestapo.
comment in response to post
....yes because the exact same number of Palestinians would have inevitably died either way, right????? not a SINGLE PALESTINIAN could've been saved between January and now if we'd had someone who wasn't a naked authoritarian madman in charge of the United States not a single fucking one, right?
comment in response to post
quoted her saying WHAT? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THAT PROVES SHE WOULD BE WORSE THAN TRUMP.
comment in response to post
like you really don't see how fucking blatantly obvious that logical inconsistency is? jesus christ
comment in response to post
you, 5 minutes ago: "There is absolutely no difference between what is happening now in Palestine and what would be happening under [Harris]" is Biden still president? that's who you seem so intent on comparing her to, yet are making a pretty declarative statement about the current state of thing

says the genocidal creep advocating for the guy who is accelerating the genocide
comment in response to post
yes yes this is definitely definitive proof that Trump is exactly as bad as Harris would've been very good dear 👍
comment in response to post
"she would be no different than Trump!" *links an msnbc opinion piece about how she'd be no different than Biden* 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
comment in response to post
your buddy over here already linked this boo and it's compared Harris to BIDEN NOT TRUMP fucking idiotas
comment in response to post
a ceasefire vs "finish the job" HMMM HMMM WHICH COULD BE WORSE IDK ITS HARD TO TELL fucking baby brained
comment in response to post
www.theguardian.com/world/articl... now show me one of Trump saying anything remotely charitable about Palestinians, you literally fucking can't
comment in response to post
yeah she definitely quietly supported completely bulldozing the entirety of gaza and building a fucking resort (????????????) COMPLETELY fuckin baby brained
comment in response to post
"Let's dispel the myth that Harris will be any different from Biden on Gaza and Israel" BIDEN. NOT TRUMP.
comment in response to post
fuck off with this shit, you're not even fucking from here. WHO exactly do you think you're helping by bitching and moaning at us?
comment in response to post
did she gleefully talk about how she wanted to flatten Gaza and cleanse it of Palestinians or post an AI video of her with Netanyahu at her future Harris Hotel & Casino?
comment in response to post
voting isn't a fucking endorsement. and unfortunately in the US it's a binary choice. by advocating against harris you actively helped the guy who wants to completely ethnically cleanse Gaza and build a fucking resort casino. baby brained. it's fucking baby brained
comment in response to post
completely fuckin false and you know it
comment in response to post
....lesser evil than *Trump*, fucking obviously. it was a BINARY choice, there were only ever two possible outcomes, her or trump. whether you want to accept it or not, your position is literally one that says that Palestinian lives are expendable if we can't save them all. it's absurd
comment in response to post
Ok, glad those millions of Palestinian children's lives are unimportant enough to you that you figure we might as well just let twice as many die, since we can't keep them all alive. Very humanitarian of you
comment in response to post
The lesser evil is still less evil.
comment in response to post
I don't think they realize that when they say "he could've been anyone!" the implication is that the security at dhs hq is so bad that a complete rando could walk in off the street and into a press conference with a cabinet member without anyone noticing
comment in response to post
fuck, man. I HIGHLY doubt they're going to just pull back, so I'm almost certain it will come to that... it sounds like this might be the first time this admin makes them confront the oath. have a feeling tomorrow is going to be an even bigger watershed moment, just not sure which direction
comment in response to post
honest though, I think Trump has been okay with this intensity because he knows immigration was his top issue and he thought it'd be popular. He cares about his ego 1st, but public opinion 2nd IMO. He has no loyalty to Miller or anyone else so if those are no longer aligned, maybe miller is gone
comment in response to post
I'm hoping this could be a sign that he's seeing how poorly he's doing in the polls on immigration and that we'll see him distancing from Miller and potentially slowing down with the deportations. wishful thinking, I know
comment in response to post
this actually made my eye twitch
comment in response to post
including and especially you
comment in response to post
if you dont think what's happening now is significantly worse and that FAR more Palestinians have died since january than would have if she won, you're fooling yourself. the lesser of two evils IS STILL LESS EVIL. but you'd rather punish people, incl palestinian children, bc of your moral purity bs
comment in response to post
me when I decide to be intellectually dishonest
comment in response to post
whenever I hear them say garbage like "all these libs would never want these people living next door!" like no actually for a multitude of reasons immigrants are the people I would MOST like to have living next door to me thanks
comment in response to post
it's not, though. the law is the law, it's just a matter of what incentives and disincentives the parties involved have to follow it

literally like people are this mad about paperwork ???? just chill
comment in response to post
this is not true. while many would "stupidly obey" orders in practice, they're actually trained to explicitly disobey unlawful orders.
