Thanks! I have to go get my annual blood test so I was planning to ask the nurse about it. I get my blood tests and vaccines at my local pharmacy so she should know!

I asked my doctor about it last week because I was travelling to Toronto and she said it’s next to impossible to get a MMR booster as an adult if you haven’t had any direct exposure. I’m in Qc.

I had them the other night and tried every trick the internet suggested. Finally after 30 mins I gave up and turned on a true crime documentary…they were gone within 2 minutes 😂

I had thought about doing that but figured it’s not worth it seeing that people would not care enough to put in the effort without a direct link. I’ll just take screenshot and post it in a comment to every “why is my kid sick” post. 🤷🏼♀️

Me too! I’ve turned off all notifications for the other app and have moved it out of sight so I keep forgetting to check it!
