Every one of those goons has to live live somewhere, shop somewhere, eat somewhere. Name them, shame them, let them know we are watching and we know what they did. Did I mention their goddam paychecks come from our tax dollars?

No, don't shut it down, occupy it (meaning Senators should pull a Cory Booker and take over the floor). Keep it open, take over the media coverage and suck up all the media oxygen.

Do not back down, do not give in, do not let them have an inch. House and Senate leadership needs to step up, although we know they won't.
comment in response to post
This kind of response is not a bad start, but we have a long road ahead to try and stop this crap.

Looks like we need to name and shame those 75.

Maybe Democratic reps and senators need to assemble their own posse and confront these goons on a regular basis. Unity and collaborative action, don't let someone like Padilla have to go it alone.

Sooner or later more powerful strategies and forms of resistance will evolve, and it will not end well for MAGA. Ukraine is probably our shining example, using cheap home made quadcopters, sea drones, and their brains and determination to defend their homeland.

Look, Trump and all his goons will do anything and everything in their power to attack the credibility of actual elected representatives of the people.

Oh, shit I just realized those are ICE officers!

Noem conveniently fails to mention that the said Governor and other leadership were elected by the people of those places, whom she labels "Socialists."

Just say no to AI. Run away, in a hurry. There is no ideological basis whatsoever, nothing but greed and love of money and power. They are sheep pursuing a shared psychosis (apologies to reaal sheep, they are nice people). All the real analysis and research shows it to be a Potemkin village.

The beer doesn't look bad either. OK, I give up, what are twiglets? I mean I can see they look like little twigs, but what are they, exactly? And where was it that you found them?
comment in response to post
Well, at least somebody got some video of these goons without them having masks on, so let's hope they get IDed, and name and shame them. At a minimum. Let the lawsuits begin, eh?

I only wish I still had my vinyl copies of all the Beyond the Fringe records, played them over and over in college late '60's. Never forget "Down the mine."
comment in response to post
Ooof, that looks damn good, I can almost smell it from here. Hope there's a cold beeor nearby to go with it.
comment in response to post
Hmm, not bad. Got any sunflower seeds back there?
comment in response to post
I think this is what's happening to people in LA.

Hey sweetheart, permit me to play you a little tune while we wait for the rest of the boys to get here.
comment in response to post
Downright spooky if you ask me. How big is that thing, exactly?
comment in response to post
That's some fine looking suds you got there, Buffalo Bob, don't let it get ahead of you. Easy does it, one at a time. I'd help you if Zoom could just do teleportation.

Don't know where you got that account of the Boston Massacre but it is badly lacking in objective detail. The British soldiers were not local law enforcement. Seven or eight British soldiers commanded by a Captain Preston got themselves in a confrontation with a mob of 300 or 400 Bostonians. Chaos.

"Welcome to the future! The future is now! You may already be there!" Mangled from Firesign Theater. You can bet all those national guard and marine troops are fully trained in dealing with swarms of drones in a hostile urban environment, eh?

Down a little and to the left a bit, please.

Awesome! Where the hell is Buckinghamshire, anyway? Just in case I want to go for a visit, you know.

Heard they are using some AI that Elon left lying around when he split.
comment in response to post
I think he was talking about large numbers of his own brain cells, actually.
comment in response to post
By the time they figure it out everyone else will have gone home for a cold beer and a nice TACO. It is LA, si?
comment in response to post
Please turn to Page 10 so we can begin.

Unfortunately he paid a pretty steep price, too. Willingly. Seriouus dude.

Nice looking Nikon hanging from the strap there. The guy in front looks familiar, is he a musician or something?
comment in response to post
Where can I get mine?
comment in response to post
Hey, just put it all on Elon's black platinum card.

Dear lord, let them have all that "Lite" stuff they want. You're not supposed to DRINK it, for god's sake, it's for cleaning floors and mixing in with petrol to extend your mpg.

Don't forget the lads down in the boiler room, shoveling all the coal. www.theregister.com/2025/06/09/i...

Are you sure that's not a Hubble shot of venus or something? It looks mighty serious, amigo.

That is a gorgeous pen and beautiful ink. Where did you get such a thing, if I might ask. Please don't say Amazon, just refuse to answer if that's the case.

Naughty people slashing ICE tires, what are they thinking? How do they know which ones are ICE? Just asking for a friend.

Beautiful pour. Oi, is it Friday already, I seem to have lost track.
comment in response to post
Given Zuck's track record on anything and everything, what could go wrong? Lots of software engineering layoffs already, I seem to recall.
comment in response to post
Are they doing a haka? Cause that would be the perfect response here. Just imagine a thousand or so people doing a proper haka in front of the guardsmen.

Get well soon!

Imagine the sky filled with those machines. Incredible to think about.

The MAGA maggots must be schooled in the fact that we in Boston have a long history of dealing tyrants. This is not our first rodeo, so to speak. As I have pointed out in the past, the standard way of dealing with the king's customs agents and tax collectors was tarring and feathering.

Els, the statues, and the photos, are just so ingenious and wonderfully humorous! I will now have to embark down a rabbit hole to fully appreciate Phillipe Geluck. Thank you so much for sharing!
