I love Clip Studio! It's much more intuitive for drawing than PS but still has pretty much all the adjustment layers I need and some other helpful bells and whistles.

I saw an ad for it and I was stoked to see her over anything else. I feel like her character on Love was pretty normal? Maybe I’m misremembering. I also love her band, Cake Like.
