Farmers were one of the only groups to be pro-brexit here in Scotland. They were told, but can be, as a group, very partisan and ignored the years of help from the EU.
Finally - this is only meat production not all farming, an important distinction.

Not sure if it helps but I read recently that a head of police somewhere (possibly the US), saud that lots of little demos is the way forward because they can't cope with that.
Like all gorilla tactics when facing a stronger opponent - lots of little attacks.

I see a huge chunk of green people on here and others of our ilk.
I think your point is valid to an extent but you can source news elsewhere and for some of us,not being on twitter has many good attributes.
