As you say such surgeries have NEVER happened, one case and you're proven wrong. www.youtube.com/shorts/E38o1... But I've got two: www.youtube.com/watch?v=sFCY... And if you do a bit of Internet searching, you will find many more.

No, I don't. Women have large gametes & the propensity to give birth. Men have small gametes & the propensity to produce sperm. IOW adult human females & males. DSDs are rare, and nobody with a DSD can both father a child AND give birth. Therefore, they all lean towards one sex or the other.

You're a lawyer who's logged a few years in university, so this should be an easy one. What is a woman?

I think protecting children from the wolves is a legitimate role of the federal government. That includes ending federal financial assistance for mutilating drugs and surgeries, and criminalizing such surgeries, especially on children.

Weird that you think the Internet doesn't exist.

Disingenuous framing. The Republicans are obviously not talking about fighting climate change. They're talking about basic managerial competence, something entirely lacking at the state and local level.

The fact that Scott Wiener is the most popular elected official in San Francisco tells us everything we need to know about San Francisco's twisted priorities.

Totalitarian regimes demand unquestioning fealty. Democracies, not so much. The current brouhaha on the right is actually healthy. Team blue should try it. If they don't, they're gonna continue to get creamed.

Elon's done more for greening the transportation and energy sectors of the economy than a thousand Bernies or 10,000 AOCs, but you wouldn't know it by the way they treat him.

The left pretends to care about the environment, but as soon as someone with power - even someone who disrupted ICE in favor of cleaner BEVs - neglects to genuflect, he becomes enemy #1. Enough voters saw through team blue's bs this cycle to give Trump the most popular votes.

... which led to a state legislator telling Elon to go F himself. He responded, message received loud and clear. He then systematically over a period of years moved almost all of his businesses to red Texas. Team blue went lawfare on Musk, pushing him into Trump's orbit.

5. Weird that team blue was all-in on Tesla until Musk refused to bend the knee to the unions and the politicians. Started with him bucking the hopelessly-corrupt UAW; their failure to organize the Fremont plant was their own damn fault bc they wouldn't bend on stock options (dummies!)....

4. "Rifts," or differences on policy or tactics, are quite common in partisan politics. MAGA is not in lock-step with the GOP. Big whoop. Time was when progressives were not in lock-step with corporate Democrats, when Bernie and AOC weren't carrying water for corporatists.

Got about halfway through the linked piece. 1. Humanity's penchant for exploration well predates Musk. 2. Is anyone else anywhere near as far along as SpaceX in getting us to Mars? 3. Anyone who's not interested in staying on X can go elsewhere. Bluesky, Gettr, TruthSocial, Gab....

Riiiiiight. Here's anti-Trump violence in Portland, OR after Trump's 2016 victory. www.youtube.com/watch?v=dWGR... And here's footage of anti-Trump protests all over the country, including the lighting of fires. www.youtube.com/watch?v=V84U...

"The prosecutors will be prosecuted, the bad ones. The investigators will be investigated." So I guess the fear is that prosecutors and investigators in the Biden/Harris regime will be held accountable for their weaponizing of the DOJ???

According to my favorite AI app, neither congresswoman has been especially effective at getting her own legislation passed. This is pretty much a case of pot, meet kettle. Ppl take sides based on whose politics they like better. x.com/i/grok/share...

Good news! ACA AKA Obamacare survived the first Trump administration largely intact.

Weird that if the cops sooooo had the goods, no arrests were made, let alone prosecutions. And this is being dredged up from 2017.

The ICC, lamentably, is acting more on political bias than international law. If they were acting on international law, they would have called for Sinwar's arrest on Oct 7.

Not sure where you're getting the "transmedicalist" stuff from. Not sure exactly what the term means to you, and what you think Bahá'ís approve of.

Don't have to be Woke to be a Bahá'í.
comment in response to post
That was their opinion, not an official Bahá'í position. The Sacred Text encourages modesty in dress, but offers no hard and fast specifications that I know of.

Bahá'u'lláh is the Founder of the Bahá'í Faith. He teaches that the Buddha, Christ, Zoroaster, Moses, Muhammad, Krishna, and Abraham are all also Manifestations of God. I have no problem with the Bible in school, or the Qur'an, or Upanishads, or the Zend-Avesta.

Yeah, I don't often agree with Senator Graham, but this is BASED.

If you love America, you'll support it, regardless of who's in office, and you'll support the policies that help make America a better place.

It's a legit concern. If you agree peace is better than war, then maybe the Biden administration should have President-Elect Trump do the negotiations. Neither side will get everything they want, but we can get an end to the conflict, and a long-term peace.

Does the same apply the other way around to comedians? Rappers?
comment in response to post
Depends. To Kill a Mockingbird or Huck Finn for an age-appropriate teen, sure. The books aimed at children that address gender? Not so much.

First off, you still trust Consumer Reports about cars? Second, almost all of Tesla's "recalls" are for over-the-air software updates. Third, not an apples to apples comparison. Tesla's the most reliable BEV. ICE cars should be in a different category. www.iseecars.com/reliability/...

I did. 51% of the population is vulnerable to people of the opposite sex legally colonizing their spaces, their sports, the totality of their existence as a class, so I voted to protect them.

So you enjoy the echo chamber? Sorry to disturb.

Pfft. You have a safe space over at X. It's perfectly safe. There's about an equal number of righties and lefties and you can engage forthrightly with facts and truths and logic without fear of getting TOS'ed.
