Well done on getting the writing done. I'm my own worst boss, holding myself to (largely self-imposed) deadlines and I tend to just keep working until I'm comfortably ahead. I find coffee helps (indeed is often necessary). One can work too hard, though. R&R exists.

The UK has about 250 nukes, about half of which are battle ready. Whilst this pales into insignificance alongside Trump's 8000 and Putin's 9000, if your population density looks like this perhaps Putin should STFU. We only in fact need 2 well-placed multi megaton warheads to wipe Russia off the map.
