Kicked off Twitter for calling Elon a glorified activist investor and that more school shootings are not ideal.

The sane Canadians want nothing to do with usa right now.
I think you're talking about the ones that actually do want to become a 51st state.

But the play was awesome.

Get vaccinated and vaccinate your kids, you silly dorks...

Blocked me? Cowardly indeed...
comment in response to

Seems cowardly in my opinion. I think you're just comfortable using a slur on a group not likely able to defend themselves as well.
What's the slur you're afraid to use? And why are you afraid to use it while fine with others? Just picking and choosing which groups you're okay offending?
comment in response to
post
Why are you okay using one slur but not another?

You really think American troops will open fire on American troops or that Canadian military, during an invasion, would accept American troops to fight alongside them rather than capture as enemy combatants? I don't.
comment in response to

Not likely.

Probably what people told Ukrainians once upon a time.
We'll stay vigilant as long as your leader continues to threaten our sovereignty, even if you think he's just joking and not a threat at all.
comment in response to
post
You seemed to be saying I should not be so concerned when you said America is just not THAT into us.
comment in response to

Your president is trying to destroy our economy and make us susceptible to annexation and threatens our sovereignty. You think "elbows up" is a crazed overreaction? When would it be an appropriate reaction, when tanks cross the border?
comment in response to
post
You brought up the elbows thing. 🤷🏼♂️
comment in response to
post
A veiled threat? How? It's not my country disappearing people. It's a warning to those who wish to help and a response to the whole "I might catch an elbow or two" remark.
Don't come up here talking about annexation and you won't get an elbow, but your return trip is out of our control. Simple.
comment in response to
post
What kind of friend would I be if I asked for help but failed to warn of the dangers of returning to your country? Not a very good friend in my opinion.
comment in response to

That's happening though
comment in response to

What's interesting about what I said?
comment in response to

I'd suggest not coming up here talking about annexing our country. Otherwise, anybody helping would likely be fine. At least until the return to the USA border, then you might get disappeared but that's not on us.

For years, we were told the whole point of the 2nd amendment and gun culture was for this exact moment in history, except now it's all just crickets.
comment in response to

True, but that's a pretty low bar. Makes a great slogan for usa. "We may disappear you, but at least we won't eat you!"

Just because the system is like that it doesn't mean we can't rightly criticize those exploiting it and costing us money.
comment in response to

He had an election, that's the point. He's costing us above and beyond the election he already lost. We don't need to spend money on another election.

25 years for murder is not light in my opinion. I know it's technically "attempted murder" but I don't think people should get off lightly simply for failing in their attempt.
comment in response to
post
And may your spouse not be murdered tonight. But you'd forgive the culprit anyway and argue for their immediate release. I wonder how your spouse feels about that?
Whatever, people who start sentences with "my child" repeatedly aren't very serious people anyway.
comment in response to
post
So if I killed your spouse tonight, you think I should go free tomorrow, with complete forgiveness?
comment in response to
post
I have no compassion for terrorists or murderers such as this.
He had no remorse for what he's done, why should he get a lenient sentence? He'd gladly do it again because his God says it's okay and so does a light sentence.
How light is compassionate in your view? 3 years? 5? 10? Give me a number?
comment in response to

Causing any offense is not something that violence, especially murder, should be the answer.

His incompetence and total disregard for Canadian society had already been exposed repeatedly. What the problem is is his base and ignorant Canadians buy his lies over the truth, and he should not be given such a high-ranking platform in Canadian government to spew it. He needs to go away. #canpoli

I say both. They're using tariffs from one country as a reason for a global price hike. Doesn't seem right.

Unfortunately, he's rich enough that he doesn't actually need a new job while he waits for his pension to kick in. He'll probably be given a "consulting" job at some conservative friendly firm, though, or granted a seat on some board. #cdnpoli

They shouldn't be subsidies, they should be investments where the taxpayer retains ownership. No valid reason in my opinion to keep subsidizing such profitable industries. What are they going to do if they don't get free money, stop producing the thing that already makes them rich? #cdnpoli

You don't seem to get that because you're too preoccupied with defending the practice of hazing.
