As a psychotherapist I am very concerned that he is actually perpetuating the suffering of people living with depression and stigma around SSRI’s. There is so much misinformation about antidepressants already, when in reality SSRI’s are life saving medications and safe.

I suggest getting involved in real life. Helping others in your community, creating art, music, dancing, reading, gardening. Loving on your cat 🐈⬛ or dog 🐶 or partner 💕. Politics are just a tiny part of real life.

When I heard the news, I was angry and immediately called BS. I don’t need the gaslighting in my life. It’s all smoke and mirrors and brings no real substance to my life. I am not even sure that my business profiles have added value to people looking for services or just more stress for me.
