Seems like some good learning from Olaf era being combined with our natural tendencies. Becher came to us with questions about his natural scoring ability and it seems to be somewhat accurate.

Agree - same problems finding the net but mistakes are easier to take with us returning to our press and tackling. At least fun to watch!

They are trying to distract us from the Epstein comments made by Musk about Trump. Flood the zone…

Agree 100%. Watching him interact with CITY2 and encourage our future players was fun - watching him serve the ball reminded me of year 1. This allows him the balance necessary and contributes to our future.

This stadium should be full. Very entertaining soccer. Fun environment also.

He is impressive. Maybe the most entertaining soccer of the summer will happen at City2 matches - lots of hustle and heart.

He clearly is easy to spot on the pitch. Good to seem him playing and rounding into game shape.

Clear belief that injuries are the story and lack of quality depth driving poor results.

Can’t beat a heavily substituted club - long summer ahead.

Looking like a summer of cold beer, good food/music and bad football.

You are 100% spot on. We walked Forest Park and DeBaliviere and it is devastating - parkscape will be changed for years.

Even the announcers are being critical of this mess. Relegation would be a gift for the organization if available. This is looking like a big rebuild effort.

Has anyone compared this to other clubs that are lower third in the table? How does this compare to these orgs from an analytics perspective. Maybe the internal data doesn’t show causation but does comparative data tell us anything??

One of the big failures appears to be a mis-read of Olaf’s style of play and how our personnel matched this.

You could sense a level of frustration in the video feed of this presser. SKC match is truly a defining moment for the season - confidence will be an even greater issue if the result is a loss.

We may need to move on from several players this summer - don’t know what the buyout rules are but we need depth and players with proven durability. As you said in podcast this week - this team doesn’t have a strategic identity. Roster may not match Olaf’s vision.

Our team lack of speed is apparent tonight.

Wow! Another one.

We are basically on track for the same points total as last year. We are a solid bottom five club with potential.

Agree 100% that this felt better. The team energy was much stronger. Klaus was all over the field and minus some passing challenges played his role well. Celio is a sparkplug. We beat most teams with this effort.

You deserve credit for calling this out. Love your passion for City and approach to your role.

I don’t think who the league is competing against for viewers matters much at this point - not many really care enough to watch today. The issue is can the talent be improved by synching with standard calendar.

Lack of quality, no speed, poor situational awareness at times.

The long balls are a mess - understand our technical deficits but have to be able to pivot. Really rough first half.

I like that we are actually getting to see what he is for and against. I am tired of waiting until someone is elected (current senator from New York) to learn that they aren’t up to the role. I also acknowledge that some of the issues we feel strongly about are minority views in the elctorate.

With St. Paulii back it would be interesting to get a refresher on their history and how other teams feel about their off field approach.

The objective is to manufacture enemies and rage. He profits from it and his network does to. It is all manufactured for profit. Turn off the flow of BS and it no longer makes money and fades away.

Great match - loved the style of play and press preventing Jamaica from moving the ball past midfield for long periods. Crowd was great.
