If the Panthers had to win that game, glad it was our guy who did it for them.

Dropped by a second-hand store this morning and had a random look. Found this framed poster of the Celtics starting 5 from the year I went to #Boston and saw my first (and only to date) #Celtics basketball game. ☘️💚

NBA Finals Game 1 last night, Pacers come from 15 down, game-winning jumper in final second. NHL Finals, game 2 tonight, Oilers tie the score with 18 seconds left, sending second straight game into overtime. This is gonna be an entertaining two weeks.

This is true, although we Celtics fans were told we didn’t deserve our victory parade because Boston “didn’t play anybody.” The Pacers were and still are a lot better than the critics say.

As a #Pacers fan, I love seeing all the Knicks, Cavs, and Bucks fans telling the Thunder faithful 'Welcome to the club.' Celtics fans chiming in from the back row: 'We tried to warn you."

Haliburton, as called in: Brazil, France, Iceland, U.S. (in Spanish), Albania, U.S. (ESPN Radio), Indianapolis, Oklahoma City, the Netherlands, Türkiye, Canada, and Croatia:

You have to play all 48 minutes to beat the Pacers.

By his standards, Haliburton had a below-average night, while SGA was spectacular. Until the final shot. This is why there's nothing like the NBA.

Watching the Pacers in every fourth quarter.

Was about to say Pacers are still hanging around, but now it's slipping away. Need Haliburton to come back and go off.

Only one half played and I already never want to hear the word "turnovers" again.

If the Thunder were still the Seattle SuperSonics, I might root for them, but since they aren't...go Pacers.

New on @celticsblog.bsky.social: The answer is no. But it’s complicated.

Whoops, except you, @ramblinwreck34.bsky.social. My bad.

The term “sudden death” isn’t heard much anymore in sports, but there’s no better description of losing a Stanley Cup finals game in overtime. The moment the puck gets by your goalie and crosses the line, you are dead. 💀 And it’s always quite suddenly.

Scal touring the country just destroying dudes

Dear parents, sorry, your kid is not going pro.

New on @celticsblog.bsky.social — Euphoria last year, shock this year. How can the Celtics improve from their unhappy experience? See if you agree with these ideas from the CelticsBlog staff.

Pre-1984, the Celtics were 48-34 and the no. 4 seed in the East in 1969, the final season of player-coach Bill Russell’s career. Without home court advantage in any series, Boston won the title by beating the 55-win Sixers in 5, the 54-win Knicks in 6, and the 55-win Lakers in 7.

On this date in 1955 Harry Agganis of the Red Sox played in his final game at the age of 26. Tragically he contacted Pneumonia during the season before dying of a Pulmonary Embolism on June 27th. In his 1+ yrs with the Sox he hit .261 with 11 HR’s. He was also a College Football All American at BU.

OG's knee was in Siakam's restricted area.

NBA refs: "You all better start wearing a cup."

Another NBA replay review failure. At this point, it's expected.

Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown both scored 20+ in the first 4 games of last year’s ECF. But they couldn’t do 5 when the series only went 4. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ #sweep

After you, Senator.
