I agree with you, these behaviours seem much worse these days. I’m off to see Neil Young in a couple of weeks, and I splashed out for tickets in front of the stage because I just can’t handle the incessant chattering, wondering backwards and forwards, and often drunken laddish behaviour.

It’s def worth poking around, confused are offering cheaper cover for the same insurer than Martin Lewis.

Thanks. I’m assuming moving is easy, not like the old days of posting off old insurance documents etc….

We should probably do a house swap for a week ( as long as you remember to water my tomatoes…) 🤣

Depending on your age, there’s one song that was used as the theme to the current affairs tv show Weekend World that you’ll know. For your sake I hope you are far too young to remember it. It’s a bit of a Sunday dreads tune for me.

If this album were a lady it would have a touch of Tuesday Weld. Seriously tho, it’s a masterpiece.

I think that’s the rain I had a few minutes earlier. I sat outside in it eating a sandwich.

I’m thinking about it. Pondering whether my aged body can cope if there is no shade….

I certainly remember seeing it during the summer. Many times! I had the big fold out poster magazine on my bedroom wall.

That’s a great photo. I had a Thunderbirds play suit, but that gun is just enormous!! I only had a small Captain Scarlet water pistol…

My flour was 18 months out of date tbh. The yeast had a long time proving, maybe I should have left it longer. It did look like it had risen enough tho. I’ll continue as the bread actually tastes lovely!

My tomato plants are just sitting in their pots laughing at me. Maybe next year I’ll try raspberries or strawberries if you have any tips? I have some sweetcorn on the go….

I had a pee standing next to Mark E Smith once. I’ll include it in my book “memories of a rock n roll nobody”….😀

I spent forty years thinking the lyric was “and sometimes Y….” Which I thought was really clever…guess this shows how I ought to pay more attention…🙄

It’s been one of my main dinner party stories for years…along with “I’ve been told to f**k off by Lou Reed and Peter Hook” and “Gary Numan stole my pen”….

Oooh cheers. Will get on this. Last time he toured he played Oxford and I held his ice cream cornet for him while he signed my album. Dizzy heights!
