Ancient made lots of fabulous glassware. Most broke, but the surviving pieces are mindblowing.

Keep staying alert. I got hit in a similar scenario and still feel the effects over a decade later. Assume all drivers are on phones.

I also don’t know, but I want to keep on not knowing. I still don’t know what a brat summer is. Yay!

Yep. It’s been standard practice since forever. Actual murders go unreported or barely acknowledged, and without context.

How about talking about the phenomenon? I am a career translator. We’ve grappled with AI 10 years longer than everyone else. Defeat feels inevitable, but could some aspects of generative AI be affected by shunning? “Create image X in the style of Y” feels like blatant theft, for example.

What matters most to Americans? It sure isn’t genocide. It’s not climate change, either. Cheaper drugs? Yep. There you go.

Near the Family stage! Score! I’d say I’d come visit you (and I might) but a flare-up of a disc injury means I can’t walk. I expect to be walking Sunday, but not that far, I’m afraid.

So many tech businesses are based on lawbreaking. Amazon not paying sales tax. Uber/Lyft flouting taxi laws. Delivery services habitually double parking. At least the finance industry is demure enough to have laws rewritten in their own interest.

It’s true there’s a flipside—divorce rates shoot up when a man loses his job—but this somehow seems worse.

Outside of the US and parts of western Europe, it’s hard to find anyone who regards the pronouncements of Israel and its supporters as anything other than violent, racist propaganda.

Exactly. It’s nice, but I’ve already self published everything and the thought of re-engaging with trad publishing turns my stomach.
