How am I nearly 32 and completely incapable of truly tidying my house?

How could I not have been tested and treated/taught to manage this?
it wasn't as bad before I started a business and worked from home?
I wouldn't be so mad but as a kid, my louder brother was taken around the country for ADHD testing and treatment. I just sat there on my Gameboy easy to manage pt8

So here I am now at my pc writing this in frustration with myself, not doing customs forms, with a 30% backed dishwasher, 66% of my bins done, not showered, with kitchen surfaces that need clearing and wiping.
I have however make small changes not even I will notice in 20 mins. pt7

I could then do my online customs forms but no, i pull supports from a 3d print, no deadline.
To clarify, i have house guests tomorrow and my partner coming in 2 hours.
Finally something clicks and I take out 2/3 bins.
Now loading the dishwasher is logical, but i pet the cat (no regrets) pt 6
