The lead boat of the Project 677 Lada/ST. PETERSBURG-class diesel-electric (wannabe AIP) attack submarine "St. Petersburg" (B-585) was officially decommissioned from the Russian Navy and is scheduled for recycling.

My first thought was UAS trials platform. My second thought was training ship for Type 075/76 helicopter operations. But the more I look at it the more I think it really could be an aircraft carrier-themed casino or something equally ridiculous!
