I always thought an accused person was supposed to be presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt. This witch; or something that rhymes with it and means the same thing; is acting as judge and jury before the trial.

And his base is too stupid to take the blinders off and stop believing him. Everything Taco said here is not true.

And one criminal, because he skipped his court date, was not found until committing an atrocious act in Colorado. #47 used Biden and the Democratic Party as political fodder, because Mohammed Soliman entered the U.S., legally, in 2022. ICE should have been all over that when he became illegal.

I have pointed out to several people on here that Ms. Ernst's attitude is akin to Marie Antoinette's when the Austrian born French queen said, "Then let them eat cake." And we all know what Marie's fate was. The Republican majority in both houses is slim. This is doable! Good on you!

Just as politicians at every level in every branch are supposed to be serving all their constituents, not just those who voted for them or their largest campaign donors. They are supposed to be working for us but seem to view it the other way around.

Nice catch. Keep Bluesky Blue! The systems administrator may remove this idiot.

Taco wasn't kidding when he said, "We're coming for you.". NOBODY is immune. He has been known to throw his staunchest supporters under the bus. Just ask Michael Cohen. Dictators tend toward paranoia. They will turn on their supporters if they fear the slightest threat to their power.

This is tantamount to Queen Marie Antoinette's attitude when she said, "Then let them eat cake." And we all remember what Marie's fate was.

When Marie Antoinette said, "Then let them eat cake," the people were in no mood to listen to any phony apology. We know what their reaction was.

We've regressed to the 1930's. Only this time, we're the tyrants.

Somebody needs to take a big dump in order to relieve pressure on his brain. The only thing Canada is considering is any strategy to protect them from the "Republican" regime on their southern border. Maybe they can build a wall and make us pay for it.

It's akin to Hitler's Brownshirts surrounding the walls of the Reichstag to indimidate German legislators into giving him complete power. This is totalitarianism at its worst. However, just like Hitler telling everyone what he was going to do in "Mein Kampf", # 47's supporters are fine with it.

The loopholes that help them avoid paying their fair share must be closed, permanently. I do admire those who help others as philanthropists. However, I take exception to billionaires that hide behind "philanthropy" to avoid taxation. And sometimes, that line is very thin.

Frank has a point, but I taught high school Civics for 35 years in California. I substitute teach in Oregon, where it is still taught. The design of government, its history, and the Constitution are thoroughly covered. We even read from the Federalist Papers. Maybe the West Coast is different.

Clearly water in the glasses, frosted with salt. Neither man drank from them. Even if he were a gang member, and he is not, Garcia was denied due process. A federal judge has ordered Garcia's return. This administration has admitted it made a mistake. Rubio is the criminal and not to be trusted.

Before moving to Eugene, OR in 2021, I lived about 90 minutes due east of San Francisco in ElK Grove. I ran a lot of PA-USATF Masters cross country races in the Bay Area; Golden Gate Park, The Presidio, China Camp State Park, Santa Rosa. My wife and me visited the Napa Valley often. Beautiful!

"The Justice Department's Public Integrity Section"? Seems like an oxymoron. This regime has no integrity. Meanwhile, # 47 is 78.

Any President in U.S. history has had more integrity in their little fingers than #47, and that's saying something. What a terrible example of the classy, public servant, that Presidents are supposed to be. They are supposed to represent the needs of ALL, including those who did not vote for them.

Yes. Feeble and absent minded is how his opposition painted him. That seems a truer description of the guy we have in there now!
