Gotta investigate this, wouldn’t hold it past the staff purposely trying to get them sick.

I don’t see Curtin coming in and fixing this team. Also, Ownership looks very stupid letting Carnell go now seeing as how well he has managed Philly.

Took our foot off the pedal at the worst time. Hopefully coach learns from both this and colombus. We are not a great park the bus team.

Whole team is Tied with Tai Baribo! Look at that 😮
comment in response to post
I could see this being a red card, this isn’t wrasslin. Completely uncalled for
comment in response to post
I think it’s ok to applaud when he comes on the field, not if he scores. Especially if he is celebrating.
comment in response to post
Seems like he had a pretty significant injury that probably took him down for a while.
comment in response to post
Cavan played well, he was too busy in first half trying to score himself when he could have and probably should have passed for an assist.
comment in response to post
There is a new 🐐 and he is American, damn that was a good watch.

Whaaa?!

I was so pessimistic about this game, but they showed up and proved me wrong. Love to see this especially with a terrible ref and down a man.
comment in response to post
I’m glad a coach is has the balls to finally talk about how some of these games have been officiated this season. The last 3 Union games I attended have really been blatantly one sided.
comment in response to post
Never gonna get used to seeing him in yellow and black
comment in response to post
That quote is pretty heartbreaking 💔
comment in response to post
He definitely should not have said this hahaha

Would be a good time to find a competent CB with all the money we got selling players or letting some go. Ian was working out but he’s out for now. Glesnes just can’t compete and Makanya is still learning apparently so.

NYCFC watching a fractured Union show up to gameday.

All these injuries building up and Gazdag literally just leaving given me the feels
comment in response to post
Basically he wasn’t going to get the salary he wanted. I’ll say deservedly, but sounds like Ernst for sure.
comment in response to post
Yeah I think Gazdag will fit the Crew better than Philly currently, he is not a Cucho but he works his ass off and will score you goals. Gives me a reason to watch the crew more now. Uhre’s been less productive, Baribo is great but needs service, and Bruno is definitely making chances himself.
comment in response to post
I’m fine with the Gazdag trade, if I felt like they were letting a key component go like Blake, Kai, or even Quinn I would have been right along with them. He’s been here since 21 so that’s a pretty good run. Uhre will prob go next. I’ll be more critical if they don’t do anything with DP slot.
comment in response to post
From what I’ve heard Dany just wanted a new contract and Philly was not going to offer him anything close. It is hard to argue that he didn’t fit the system playing as he does, but some of us did notice how the ball moved when Indy was subbed in. Especially with Kai injured they need better service
comment in response to post
He is a great player, I just think like Jack McGlynn that Philly now will unload any talent if they don’t fit Carnell ball.
comment in response to post
Oof didn’t know that, good point
comment in response to post
Fair price, but to Philly that’s a lot of $$ and an open DP/international slot.
comment in response to post
I believe Damiani has a good record for PKs
comment in response to post
I am ok with it, I like Danny and he has incredible movement in the box. But I’ve also seen how the ball moves with Indy Vassilev a bit more fluidly, especially with Kai out for injury we need better service in the box and not a third striker. Philly just needs to make sure they use the DP slot well
comment in response to post
Definitely, Philly has to make some moves now. Moving on from McGlynn, Gazdag, Elliot. On top of Ian’s injury. This roster has gone very thin this last week.
comment in response to post
Indiana Vassilev is likely to just slide in as the starter for this position. He is of starter quality and is Carnell’s guy. Although, I dunno who they would use as a substitute other than Cavan.
comment in response to post
Well that was a short run for Ian 😩
comment in response to post
Redondo is way WAY too aggressive a player to be getting away with all this crap
comment in response to post
Seems a bit early to be taking a victory lap yet, season has a long way to go. I agree it looks better, but we can easily fall off especially in summer.
comment in response to post
This shows we have talent AND depth this year, which is just awesome. Great game, second half got a bit boring. I was just waiting for the next goal! I do think we should have made something happen when they were down a man.
comment in response to post
Damiani/Baribo would be really interesting. He has enough to go 90 too.

I would be more concerned but we have more depth than I think many people expect. Damiani for Baribo, Vassilev for Gazdag, Rick in goal. Question marks for Harriel and Glavinovich as for fitness, I do expect to see one or both. I guess the only question mark would be Danley… does Bedoya get the nod?
comment in response to post
This absolutely should have been a penalty kick. Lovits never got the ball and completely took down Quinn. They had enough to bring him over to VAR, but the ref made it about himself instead. There were a few more fouls not called throughout his game, very poor officiating by Pierre-Luc Lauziere.
comment in response to post
Not defending anyone who threw trash on the field or at players, but the officiating was abhorrent and he was unable to get control of the game. I’ve never seen half the stadium leave so early before.
comment in response to post
Wasn’t he our sub for Danley? Oh boy
comment in response to post
A certain Cinnci podcast called him average, I guess some extra salt in their chili was to be expected after that sort of game. 🤷‍♂️
comment in response to post
What was the fee to bring Baribo over? 1.5 mill? With hardly a full season under his belt… he was a VERY good investment from the scouting team that “doesn’t spend” And if they can continue to produce this sort of game, harder to argue with the game model Ernst is producing.
comment in response to post
What our forwards produce is unreal, I mean how do you time something like this and make it so casual looking.
comment in response to post
Would be nice to see at least 60 minutes on Ian, since he is on loan and they are asking 3 mill to buy he will need to hit.
