I have been using Libby to read library books for almost 6 years now. Great app; just wish more of my old favorite books were available to borrow.

From an Islamic perspective, it’s both God’s test and part of His plan. The Evangelicals still failed.

Season 1, episode 19 of the original series, Tomorrow is Yesterday. One of the better episodes.

I don’t know. Clinton won his ‘92 election in part on “It's the economy, stupid!” From where I live (overseas), I knew of economic policies that Biden implemented, but there never was enough push by the admin to highlight how those policies were benefiting the American people.

I’ve never heard of any, but about the longest published SF novel that I know of is Samuel Delany’s Dhalgren, which is probably 300k+ words in length. Anything longer is probably published in multiple volumes (like Lord of the Rings).

If you have a cat you put the end on the far side, unless you don’t mind having the cat unravel the whole roll for you.

Although I didn’t see any in ‘61 (being born that year), I find it hard to pick between The Parent Trap, The Guns of Navarone, 101 Dalmatians (I like Disney), and West Side Story. There was also Breakfast at Tiffany’s and Jerry Lewis’ The Errand Boy. Tough choices.
