And this is only true in America?

So, the 94% of people in the country with healthcare coverage are all rich?
comment in response to post
Weird, everyone has been saying America has the worst healthcare. Surely those great doctors in Canada would be better suited to help.

I know you'd prefer people starve

Oh, so you're fucking crazy.

People were being deprived of food by Hamas for the past year since they controlled the aid and would only give it to those that could pay for it. They have had warehouses full of food consistently.
comment in response to post
They have delivered like 9 million meals this week. Food is getting in, they are just preventing Hamas from being in charge of distribution since it was their primary method of getting funds to pay soldiers at this point.

Would be nice to see jerar encarnacion heat up for them. He has a bit of potential when he isn't striking out....they should trade some starting pitching to the Sox for duran!

That was a pretty close game though! They had it until Doval blew it

I'm not sure he realizes he is lying. He is just that dumb.

Chemtrails!
comment in response to post
Oh, and we do a lot of drugs.

Mostly because Americans are fat and lazy and healthcare can only go so far in fixing that.

They are nobodies friends. Just evil people that live amongst us.

Also. There is only one true leftist in the world, no one else is pure enough.

Yup. Young champagne socialists.

Nah, I'm referencing what is referred to as parts of his "inner circle". In general, whenever I see stories saying a dem staffer says this or that, I picture a little david hogg trying to undermine his boss.
comment in response to post
Democrats have to stop hiring these little ivy league leftists to work in their offices. They have no respect and are too often the sources of these types of stories.

I think slowly dying since the oj/Clinton bj era. They learned to profit from sensationalizing and it's been downhill ever since.

Even if he is, Joe biden at 60% is better than what we got now
comment in response to post
Everytime any dem tries to move slightly to the right or left on almost any issue, someone gives them tons of shit and tells them they are the worst. The candidates aren't the problem, it's that the right trusts their leaders and the left don't.

What point? People's personal feelings about what the law should be instead of what the law actually is?
comment in response to post
It's established law. His immigration judge will be the one to determine if that law is unconstitutional, not me.
comment in response to post
Ok. He isn't being arrested. His visa is being revoked based on laws that were established in the Patriot Act and have since held up in court against the argument that the laws violate first amendment.
comment in response to post
Doesn't guarantee a visa, or employment, or admission to certain colleges etc. Inflammatory speech can be an exclusionary factor to deny those things. Access to those things is not guaranteed in any amendment.
comment in response to post
He had a visa and in accepting that visa, he accepted the terms of it. His speech violated the terms of it, kind of like the small print in a contract that people don't read.
comment in response to post
You don't have a right to a visa.
comment in response to post
It's not a crime. Which is why he isn't charged with a crime. It's a violation of his visa, which is why he will have to present his case to an immigration judge.
comment in response to post
Public support of a terrorist organization is a violation of his visa. He is being deported for violating the terms of his visa. It is an immigration issue. He can leave anytime he wants.
comment in response to post
He could memorize the whole thing word for word. Still gonna get deported.

Because depression can be situational. You don't have situational chlamydia.

They don't have the right to citizenship.
comment in response to post
Not giving someone a privilege isn't a version of punishment. Since this place is so horrible, sounds like they are doing him a favor by deporting him.
comment in response to post
That doesn't make you a criminal, but if you were here on a visa, then it could potentially be used to classify you as a supporter of terrorim and qualify for just cause to revoke that visa.
comment in response to post
But I thought kamala was a cop, so the left couldn't vote for her? This isn't better? Weird.
comment in response to post
He is free to attempt to prove that at his appeal, or he is free to leave the country voluntarily anytime he wants. If he wants to stay, he'll have to convince an immigration judge. The government is free to detain him until that process has been completed.

Poland too. Lot of countries are becoming more vigilant around citizenship. Sweden has been actively trying to pay people to give up their citizenship.
comment in response to post
Cite one example of a non citizen publicly supporting the kkk. Lack of occurrence or lack of enforcement doesn't negate the standard of the law.
comment in response to post
This is not the court. He is welcome to argue that in court. I don't think it's gonna work in his favor though.
comment in response to post
If they aren't a citizen, they can in fact have their visa revoked for public support of the kkk.
comment in response to post
The government can make a determination regarding citizenship based on public support of terrorist organizations. It can make that determination anytime prior to issuing the visa or while the visa is active. This is established law at this point.
comment in response to post
He isn't being charged with a crime. He has the right to voluntary departure and is free to leave the country anytime he chooses to.
comment in response to post
The first amendment doesn't force the government to provide anyone with citizenship.
