I'm sure those links are fine, but I'm also Gen X, with boomer parents and Silent Gen grandparents, so I'm unsure where you're wanting to take this conversation?

There's a universal constant on book drama. There has to be a bad one from within the community at least once ever 2 months.

I don't think any Hollywood actor would've been allowed fully naked without a C-string in a non-closed off public situation. It seems like an insurance disaster
Which is obviously much worse than the situation now when his crotch will be photoshopped into Elder Horrors

Oh god that's a level of luxury all on it's own! Just below them just bringing a whole furniture to your home that you can immediately use.

Tbh, it's slightly less than I was expecting. Which speaks more about the general price of artist supplies rather than me having too much money on me 🥲

I do understand the itch to peek what the readers are saying. What artist wouldn't want to know? But like... it's kind of like trying on clothes in the store dressing room: you're only going to get a distorted view with bad lighting, even on a good day. Don't do it unless you're secure in your work

My default startled interaction is some kind of a threat to the other person's life, in a jovial tone.
Then the quick realization we don't know each other like that, followed by spontaneous combustion.

I feel like slapping could be done with anything depending on how bad the offered price is

I think I've seen this set up, but with craft supplies and yarn. Where and how much, please? It's too beautiful to look directly at

It's sad that I'm delighted when I hear a company is willing to wait like 5 seconds to read about a thing someone is gassing them up about before physically jumping om board.
It seems like that would be the bare minimum for a business to do. And yet...

maybe just reverse the crucifixions? Everyone but Jesus gets it. Then no one can claim it's "too woke" (or whatever the hell their brainworms tell them to post on Twitter)

God I wish people would just learn to say "I was wrong and misinformed, and I went and spouted opinions when I could've just at down and listened."
Am I asking too much? Like it literally costs nothing to not speak on things you don't understand well enough

Also speaks volumes when people look forward to retiring, then when they do, they dive head first into alcoholism and cantankerous HOA fuckery to alleviate loneliness

(2/2) with having a single employer/career your entire life as was the goal with Silent Gen and Baby Boomers. There was also significantly less time dedicated to life that was outside of work or family. Those older generations, for various reasons, just didn't make friends the same way newer ones do

Many younger people may have adopted the mindset of hustling because it gives the illusion of having control over your life (when all else seems out of your control), however, that's not what my post was referring to.
Tying your entire life into your work life IS generational, and coincides (1/2)

They're just goofing around. They're a silly bunch like that. Silly silly bunch of big goofs larking around and swaying visibly when asked to stand still. For fun!

Certain older generations continuing to prove they don't know how to have a life outside of work, and don't know how to develop and maintain friendships outside of compulsive traumatic group settings

I don't think we have any verified data on how well goldfish scales absorb coconut oil.
You could've been doing groundbreaking work.
