No worries! I love to read stuff like this. I currently only suffer intense headaches with flashing lights and the like. So I tend to look out in games for settings to reduce that. I wouldn't say it's epilepsy for me personally. Just my brain being weird.

Yes, music helps me focus and calm my brain and not go absolutely crazy with the thoughts in my head.
