DC is who I picture with my post. Intimate venues breed atmosphere, that makes the tv coverage more appealing and increases revenue. StL will be the outlier on this for awhile (or until the NFL takes this market back).

Of course, St. Louis is already there and other factors may make that the less attractive option. Full venues make better aesthetics for tv right now.
