Not to mention, an insult to those who’d actually served.

Like with a lot of what we’re seeing, this administration has been looking for an excuse to do its worst towards some hidden aim, in this case, putting troops on the ground in blue States.

They’re disingenuous in their words, hurtful in their deeds, and smug in their affect.

Hoover added tariffs to the mix & mistreated veterans.
Both contributed to the Crash of 1929.

That the mediation is being carried out via social media is so 2025, too.

We could all become collateral damage in a stupid fight between 2 unstable men with the power to destroy the world at their finger tips. No Nation in its right mind would have given such men that kind of power.

TACO always seems to try too hard to convince people that he’s not to blame.

Putin’s hands are all over what’s happened to us. Not only him. But he was one of the saboteurs of our democracy.

The whole thing makes me sad. I don’t mind discussions about age limits. I think we need them. But to me, Tapper sounds hostile. I’m uncomfortable with his accusations of a cover up, and fear it will only give the MAGAS fuel for propaganda and performance hearings going into the midterms.

I’m so sorry. This may not be on point, but last week, in rural NYS, where I live, funding for ABA programs was cut, due to cuts from Medicaid. This caused a private school that served kids with autism to shutter. Now parents will have send their kids an hour away.

If they do, I fear it could chill free speech, unless millions of flood the zone sea shell photos or the like. Then it could become a meme. We should do it.

Miller would repay this by not only taking away their citizenship, but by leaving them stateless.

Could you dive into the ramification of the CHIPS deal w the UAE? I don’t truly understand it, but with AI likely to became so important, are we setting the Gulf State up to take a dominant role? The WSJ says that the Arab nation played T.

Some challenges with that are: the machine manufacturing and amplifying disinfo is operating at hyper speed, it’s operatives have successfully eroded trust in media outlets, government that would be able to warn us, and it has convinced folks that disinfo is a game in owning the libs.

I listened to this great book called What the Fact, all about disinformation. The author talked about inoculating against with awareness. The government has a role to play here, in monitoring and informing the public about disinformation coming so everyone can guard against it.

Now other groups, like the tech bros, have joined this Business Plot 2.0. But the infrastructure of money pipelines for corruption have been burrowing in for decades,

IMO, there’s a through line from the Business Plot of 1933, the Birchers (Fred Koch, dad to Charles, was a founder,) & the Christian school movement (politicized after losing tax exempt status after Brown v Board.) They’ve been working to overthrow the liberal democracy of FDR & LBJ for decades.
