The outfits are just so comically stupid. Saw some police hanging out at a Eatzi's (high end grocery) in Grapevine TX (ultra suburb with 1-2 murders a year) acting like they were just taking a break from invading Fallujah. I busted out laughing when I saw them with their lattes.

That's fun! Man, I'd have a lot of fun doing that in some automated manner. Did some stage effects for a friend and had a blast.

That's so fun! I love thinking back in the exact moments that things were born/decided like that.
Actually designing the puzzle content themselves must have been a hell of a process; whatever it was just nailed it.

Just a heads up BTW that Death Squared is really damn great, and I have broken that out couch-coop style regularly for years now. People always seem to love it.

People are bad at math when it comes to penalties.
"We are prepared to fine you... ONE BILLION DOLLARS!"
"Ok, cool, I made that much today"
Shut things down if you want to impact them, or fine something every day, etc.

We can cover that right after we explain to them we used to have to leave the house to get things.

We all should know the saying by now, about "an accusation being an admission".

The lady who came up for the 2nd time and was all "I actually read and do my research" talking to a medical doctor made me want to bash my head on a desk.
Did she think doctors don't?

You're right though, make them do the paperwork, make them put their actions in writing; don't just roll over without putting up even the bare minimum of a fight.

I just loved how much the environment felt like this cozy village community. I want to live there.

This reminds me to go back and finish that! Probably about the same play time. So good.

It's also just part of having such a swingy election system, every few years they're dealing with a political switch where it's practically a given that we go back on whatever was previously agreed on, no matter the formality involved. "Oh? We signed a treaty? Cool, that's... going away next year."

Totally. That's when it really takes off. They initially released the first 3 eps at once, and I wasn't entirely sold on it until the end of 3, then... good lord, so great.
I want to strap people to chairs and force people to watch that show! Ok, hyperbole, but sadly I must clarify these days. 😉

I have been the victim of something like this before for a random very normal comment I made in a long discussion, and it made me immediately hate that person forever now, and deeply loathe famous people who use this technique.
