I’d love to see an all Canadian final, but Edmonton vs Toronto sounds terrible. I don’t want Edmonton to be the first to break the Canadian Cup drought. But I don’t want a year of Sportsnet praising Toronto (even if they deserve to end their decades long Cup-less era).

Odds are good it will be Edmonton vs Dallas in the West. I want Toronto vs Carolina in the East, but odds are in Florida’s favour. I’d want Edmonton to beat Dallas and Carolina to CRUSH Florida.

Other families go house poor moving in to the new homes. No new schools are built, so their children suffer in over crowded under funded classes. The demo-victed family moves to a new area where they can afford the rent, and their children get crammed into a new over crowded under funded class.

I can’t decide which book is worse: Ultimate Black Panther or Ultimate X-Men. Both seem to keep touching on the same points without making any progress. UBP could all have taken place over the span of a week for all that has moved along in the story.

—the overall plot. Ultimates has the same “clock is ticking” feel that Hickman has in USM, and it is building towards the return of the Maker.

I’ve lived most of my life a 20-minute drive from the Peace Arch between BC and Washington. As a kid, I didn’t consider the US a “foreign” country. Now they feel like a Cold War style enemy that would seem too far fetched for fiction.
