3 or 4 days a week, usually I break up the hour into 2 segments, work out on machines awhile in between. Luckily the gym is now free for me, thanks Silver Sneakers.

I get a ton of earthworms too in all my planters. They must like my patio. Topsoil is too heavy, I use "container" mix. I now add perlite to that. I will do a grow bag of potatoes if I get some potatoes that sprout.

Ha! I read 6 to 7 years somewhere, probably Organic Gardening mag. We inherited the asparagus bed from the former owner, we cut on it for several years. Real fresh is so much better than the stuff from grocery stores, that's all from Central America now.
