It's a big problem. Section 402(a) is a deliberate attack on the judiciary’s enforcement powers. The government should never be aloud to tie a judge’s hands behind their back. This provision gives lawbreakers a loophole to ignore court orders, and that’s not justice, it’s sabotage.
