I got it when I let my vaccination lapse in college and the cough was so bad it made me vomit, before it calmed down a bit into the worst cough I've ever had for nearly three months. Do not let yourself get Whooping Cough. Especially because that means you can get Tetanus which is WAY worse.

I love this I'm Spartacus protest tactic.

Welcome to the Dark Age of Scamalot.

It's not new, people on the left have been cheering for violence since the first assassination and Luigi Mangione. I'm an Emma Goldman anarchist, the issue with government and religion is their use of violence for control. Adopting their tactics doesn't make things better.

Looks like he's trying to grab us by the Posse Comitatus.

Hopefully all protestors are covering their faces and bodies for privacy and protection from tear gas. Make sure tattoos and anything identifying is covered.

I hope this isn't the Archduke Ferdinand of a new World War.

I'm more than happy to provide more historical facts, but needless to say, Newsom selling out the people who voted him into office in the hope for more power or legacy is totally on brand for the politicians he learned from.

Feinstein was anti-cannabis, against online freedoms, and in numerous other ways not an actual CA Democrat. Jerry Brown knifed unions in the back to pass HIS version of the Millionaire's Tax instead of the WAY more progressive initiative we already qualified for the ballot.

As a researcher who has lived in CA my whole life, rather than considering the US for grad school I'm looking elsewhere. Gavin Newsom is doing NOTHING to make me want to stay in CA, truly the utter disappointment you'd expect from someone who learned from Dianne Fienstein and Jerry Brown.

I am so confused by this as an American.... don't they use KM over there? Did they stop using the metric system and go imperial?

The Brits also intentionally divided the Kurds into four countries so instead of having a majority population in Kurdistan, there *is no* Kurdistan and they are a persecuted minority.
comment in response to post
HUGEEEEEE fact check, Saddam didn't divide anything up, the Western powers did, mostly the UK, and they put the Sunni minority in charge because they were pro-monarchy. As a Sunni, Saddam just kept it rolling like the Brits had already set it up.

"Uh, hey guys, so we like, didn't read the bill we rushed to pass. Any chance you know how to read?"

One might even say it blew up prematurely. I'm sure that's a thing both Trump and Elon know a lot about.

They are just one corporate welfare queen shifting their costs to the government to make more money. They also are one of the worst if not the worst, but it's much bigger than just them.

That's a Celebrity Deathmatch battle royale I'd watch in a heartbeat.

Sadly I'm sure Florida's bar will do what NY's bar just did and refer it to Plam Blondi at the DoJ.

The actual number appears to be 23, unless he's hired more than 7 more from Fox in the past 3 weeks and no one has reported on that. www.newsweek.com/full-list-fo...

Here's a link to that thread to see the links they provided, which if anything prove these memes to be deceptive at best or outright lies at worst. bsky.app/profile/pink...

The source is they voted against an amendment to ban J6 rioters from serving as ICE, BUT that doesn't mean any J6 rioters actually are. I had to fact check a similar meme days ago and someone finally provided a link to the proposed amendment earlier today.

If only the LAPD had the stones to declare the ICE raid unlawful, since, you know...LA is SUPPOSEDLY a sanctuary city still.

From what I've been told about the voting process for the NAS, it doesn't surprise me that leadership is very out if touch. TBH, maybe it's time to make our own Academy of Sciences...

Lol, in World of Warcraft I've got a troll character named "Trumpcrimes" just to yell in trade chat about his numerous crimes. Glad to see I'm not alone in poking fun at the gamer MAGAs.

Some people for sure, but anyone even remotely paying attention is well aware. They want us to enter a Neo Dark Age.

Sure, but would you rather that be the truth? Personally I'm more upset that he's being brought home just to be charged with BS fabricated crimes here.

As someone who volunteered in the cat rescue space for years I strongly encourage folks to adopt adult cats or seniors if you can. Everyone wants a kitten, they are easy to get adopted, but once they get to be a year or more they will be euthanized if they are not adopted quickly.

That poor donkey cut off his hand with that lightsaber :(

Right, but an amendment to BAR it doesn't mean it is happening already. Absent proof they have hired them, this is a conspiracy theory and a fake meme.

Yeah, it has collectively broken our brains.

I really hope that, by Christmas, we can work it into a new carol. On the first day in the White House, my corrupt oligarch got for me, one government contract with lots of fees. I'll skip to everyone's favorite part...FIVE GOLDEN DOMESSSSS!!!

I'm sure the Florida bar will do what the NY bar just did, and refer it to the DoJ and Plam Blondi. I'm glad the legal field is trying to push back through. We need it now more than ever.
