I’ve never had that problem and normally the staff are decent - but that time really rattled me about people just randomly going in the room.

Once, we had someone come clean our room before checkout while we were getting breakfast - and we had clothes in the room that they were taking (like, they had mom moms jacket on their cart). Like CLEARLY we are stil there and it’s not check out - you should not be in there.
