If it's behind a paywall, that's called an advertisement.

You hear this a lot from the maga/right. "No you're attacking me!" It's essential the same old tactic they've been using for years to accuse the accusers of the exact same thing. How this works on some people is the subject of research whose funding is now cut.

I really wish universal basic income would have been mentioned here. As long as we're creating a better world with universal healthcare, a higher minimum wage is great and all, but it doesn't solve the fear of losing your job. It doesn't help unpaid workers or people with disabilities. But UBI does.

I had a Nokia slider with a full side-length keyboard, before I finally got an iPhone in 2012. The voice call quality was amazing on that Nokia compared to the iPhone.

Chris, I just watched one of your latest shows and you are specifically stating that we are in a state of emergency you are clearly saying it. I don't know how people aren't understanding it. I honestly don't. I think that when it's delivered to people in this package of news, it almost normalizes

What doesn't help is snide, obvious remarks. To be very American: "no shit! Thank you for stating the obvious. Cue the slow clap.

Every time we have an idiot in the Wht House (which is all too often), it's time to cue the snide, obvious observations from EU. Newsflash: most of us know this, we live it, It's endlessly frustrating to most of us. Currently we're at a pinnacle of stupidity and maybe this time change can happen.

Of course, covering the stupidity was necessary at first and it's I mean honestly can't be ignored but now there is an awareness of the stupidity now there is protest now there is a counter movement so now is the time to shift to that narrative and stop being manipulated by the stupidity cycle

instead of using the daily antics of dtrump and felon as talking points that lead the convo, use the PROTEST! This is something that media doesn't seem to understand they keep falling into the ...trap, frankly, of covering the stupidity. They need to lead with the revolt. It will shift everything.
