Certainly agree whenever I’m triggered by the words “we’re not supposed to administer iv calcium/magnesium without telemetry” missing the point.
But last month’s IP CKD 5, CHB hr38 case who survived VT arrest and now back home with ppm can be glad they had it on.
All in the patient selection.

Glucose units: 110mg/dl, if presenting in UK as Cr 384 umol/l suggests then you may want to change it to 6.1mmol/l
