4️⃣ 将来要干什么
之前发长推列了一些计划，其中大部分都已完成，包括：
① 跟Mkdirs客户共享IndieHub和BoilerplateHunt源码；
② 发布MkSaaS模板，完成文档，完成核心功能；
③ 用MkSaaS模板对Mkdirs官网和博客进行重构；
④ 用MkSaaS模板对海棠诗社的重构正在进行中；
⑤ 将来我会用MkSaaS模板做2个新产品：
mksaas. dev 和 mksaas. app，域名已经买好了，就等将来慢慢做出来。

3️⃣ 现在在干什么
目前主要是维护2份模板项目Mkdirs和MkSaaS，附带运营几个基于模板的产品，例如基于Mkdirs模板的导航站IndieHub和BoilerplateHunt。
2个模板加起来共有300多个客户了，海外客户也不少，虽然每天处理邮件咨询都要处理不少时间，但产品在变得越来越好，所以也挺快乐的。

2️⃣ 过去干了什么
我从2024年3月份开始接触独立开发，边学边做，先是自学astro，4月发布海棠诗社(已开源)；5月自学nextjs，6月发布独立开发者导航站(已开源)。
之后了解到导航站的盈利模式，耗时4个月开发导航站模板Mkdirs，10月初注册美国公司，10月底正式发布，当天就有海外客户，收获出海第一桶金。
因为很想做AI SaaS(公司名其实就叫MkSaaS)，所以从2025年2月开始，潜心开发SaaS模板MkSaaS，4月底正式发布MkSaaS，目前稳步进行中。
目前副业主要收入来源就是这2个模板，收入在IndiePage上，是公开的。

👉 海棠诗社迁移
之前使用的是astro+supabase数据库+supabase auth，现在迁移到MkSaaS (nextjs)+supabase数据库+better auth，无损保留了原来的用户数据。
