So far I've parsed that it eliminates AAPF and ASCEND. ALMA will still be support by Green Bank Observatory will start close out. Cuts to a bunch of other facilities as well.

Proxima is an exciting star to study, because it is the closest star to Earth that also hosts a potentially habitable rocky planet. The big question is whether or not the planet has an atmosphere. Studying the star’s activity is key to determining that.
