That repost is beyond silly. I have known many young managers and entrepreneurs!! Look at who are managing ppl in the military for example! Asking about a candidates competencies for leading a large gvt is a valid inquiry but framing it around the dude’s age is shallow & ignorant of reality.

I feel like a lot of words have lost all meaning lately. Small circles on social media adopt a group meaning that is not reflected by or shared by a meaningful enough population. Keep seeing leftist/liberal/socialist/progressive used in increasingly confusing ways!!! We used to have language!!

Yeah, sometimes I’m like— I do not care what the creators have to say. It’s their own interpretation. The viewers still get to have ours. And I wish people were more chill about letting people be “wrong” — is that a stretch interpretation? Maybe! But who cares!! It doesn’t hurt you!!!!

I think it’d be fine if people didn’t get so bent out of shape about seeing different takes. Distinguishing meta from fanfic gives some people airs of, this interpretation is the ONLY correct interpretation and it’s like… chill. fandom should be a convo, we’re not creating a bible here.
