Very telling that the Court's order in Trump v. Wilcox doesn't even mention Humphrey's Executor, the 1935 decision that, according to J. Kagan, this order overrules "by fiat." Kagan mentions Humphrey's extensively in her dissent... Makes you wonder if the majority is ghosting Humphrey's....

One of my most brilliant Ph.D students just had his NIH Diversity Supplement cancelled. This supplement was funding his graduate research on perinatal mental health.
