It could be more of an "I asked for it & if you valued us you'd acquiesce" kind of thing. Really, even if it's approved, any delays or lack of immediate gratification can easily be blamed on the Libs. If the Cons were in charge they'd just say these things take time & look at us working for you.

...more naturalistic and this is just too processed. Crystal Skull suffered from this too despite Spielberg arguing that they adhered to Slocombe's style. The look of Indy exists in the natural world and the more you do to futz with that the more it loses its fidelity. 2/2

Based on this info, I doubt Dial of Destiny would have been made with the ending it has if Lucas was involved in the production. Makes me wonder if that's why he wasn't an executive producer? Also cements the idea for me that Dial is essentially a very well-funded fan film. 2/2

I was really disappointed when SyFy cancelled this show. So much potential. There were definitely big stories on the horizon. Really great soundtrack by Pinar Toorak, too.
