Define what tax you mean? People abroad who still have a home here and rent it pay tax. If someone pays more tax than another does that make their vote count for more. Nonsense statement

New Zealand never have this issue with swapping 10’s. Why are we so obsessed? We now have 3 strong international 10’s one of whom, (Frawley) is also an amazing utility back. Let’s be more worried about the age of the squad and who covers for Porter in the long run.
