In fact, you get more of a fine for speeding.

8 USC 1325 is the charge for entry without inspection, the charge someone crossing the border illegally would be deported under. It’s barely an infraction/misdemeanor, yet they get a life sentence under hard labor to a country that is not their own? We are no longer the United States.

Greenland is already under the NATO umbrella. Any propaganda discussing “defending” Greenland is a lie.

Fascism uses harsh punishments that do not correspond to the actual crimes committed, reflecting an obsession with crime and punishment. This leads to a the legal system being used to suppress dissent and maintain control rather than uphold justice.
We are here folks.

A reason for some of them who are masked may be they are certified undercover agents who knew there would be publicity. Their supervisor shouldn’t be using them if that’s the case for concern of messing up an operation. Otherwise I can’t think of a legitimate reason to be masked for an admin arrest.

So, question. Is this video saying Trump supports the Nazis and we should take Greenland because four chaplains died there 80 years ago and Leni Riefenstahl was a genius film maker? 😆

It would have been impossible to add a reporter if proper and secure channels, located within a SCIF, was utilized. This is the only way classified attack plans should be discussed. Nobody without a government classified email could have been let in.

"When you apply to enter the United States and you get a visa, you are a guest,” Secretary of State Marco Rubio said. True, with free speech protections unless they twist support for Palestine for Hamas, which is disingenuous. It’s their way of punishing protected speech they don’t agree with.

They’re conflating support for Palestine/speaking out against genocide with support for Hamas, which is disingenuous. That’s how they bypass protected speech they don’t agree with. Read her article. There’s nothing in it that supports the visa revocation. The government is misrepresenting the facts.

Ozturk's visa was revoked because she “engaged in activities in support of Hamas,” though the agency did not name specific activities, stating this is “grounds for visa issuance to be terminated.” Support for Palestine is often conflated with Hamas, which is disingenuous. Read her article and decide

Writing opinions in a school paper (Ozturk) is not grounds for revoking a visa unless there's evidence they’re not releasing. If it’s only because of her protected speech, she needs to sue for civil rights violations. Everyone needs to do the same. They need to make it hard for them at every step.

Cruel and unusual punishment for an entry without inspection or prior deport charge under Title 8.

Signal not likely on the end to end piece, but possible. The phone it’s operating from? Most definitely. Key logging malware for example. Phone numbers and passwords leaked to the dark web. These people are morons.

Four years of lawsuits for violations of protected speech under the Constitution. Are we great yet?

The agents never identified themselves prior to the arrest, unless I missed it in the video. They run the risk of this very thing. What’s up with the masks also? They need to own their work, they are public servants not secret police.

The heads are spinning from professionals in the intelligence community. The entire incident is like satire, but nope. It’s real. The heads of the national security apparatus not only used a commercial app to discuss classified details of an air strike, they are doubling down and defending it.

Revoking a student visa for exercising protected speech under the first amendment to the constitution. I hope those State Department and DHS agent’s professional liability insurance is up to date, because this civil rights lawsuit will be monumental.
