My anxiety has pushed into true fear twice. Immediately my pupils were as big as my iris, this scared me cuz they are usually pin point from meds. Also a shooting shock down my left side, where my abdominal arteries went BOOM. I feel anxiety is usually a useless restless feeling and intrusive though
