Seems detailed to me. And, "evidence"?
"Wednesday's anti-corruption sanctions targeted Russia-based non governmental organisation Evrazia, IMPOSING ASSET FREEZES and TRAVEL BANS on the group, its founder Nelli Parutenco and board member Natalia Parasca."

we should not pretend it will safeguard any secret."

Gotcha Brad.
But, Turkiye is abstract to most that you represent.
Improve your focus and message.
Tie Erdogan to OUR current emergency.
Trump is using the same AUTHORITAN strategies as Erdogan.
Trump is destroying OUR economy, institutions, and way of life.
Focus on what's critically important.

This is still at the district, not circuit level.
So, it's a trial judge, not Chief Justice Roberts.
Today's order in J.G.G. v. TRUMP (1:25-cv-00766) was by:
Chief Judge of U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia
James E. Boasbeg

You're right.
Remember the little green men in Portland in 2020?
How about the D.C. racial justiice protest?
“Can’t you just shoot them? Just shoot them in the legs or something?”
There's no longer a Milley/Esper/Barr to restrain him from shooting protesters. Instead : Caine/Hegseth/Bondi

He wasn't given permission to kill DEI.
He must still act consistent with existing law.
The court merely gave him enough rope to hang himself.
This case is far from over.

As written, Trump's EO is ugly, but he hasn't tried to *enforce* it yet.
None of the 5 named plaintiffs has been harmed. *Yet*
So, this case isn't "ripe", or ready for court.
Trump will try to enforce this, and that's when he'll *lose*.
There's reason to be skeptical of the Supreme Court, though.

What happened today isn't what you think.
Today's court opinion:
"...people of good faith who work to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion deserve praise, not opprobrium. For when this country embraces true diversity, it acknowledges and respects the social identity of its people."

It can't be appealed. Not yet.
This case hasn't been adjudicated on its merits.
All that occurred today was a stay of the district court's nation-wide injunction.
The panel decision was unanimous. Determinative was the distinction between "As-written" vs. "As-enforced". Nothing enforced yet.

No Dem majorities until 2027, earliest.
Marathon, not a sprint.
We'll cross the finish line only by sticking together and remaining involved.
You're helping -- Keep calling & emailing.
Consider becoming involved with your local Dem party.
Civic involvement works.

But, impeachment simply isn't viable in either chamber.
They've got to focus on effective strategies.

Yep.
They've got to improve messaging to shift voters' opinions. Otherwises Fox/OAN/Shapiro lies remain unchallenged.
Odd. Reps are typically very responsive. I'd continue to email them.
Consider becoming active in your local Dem party.

Well, the goals are to get qualified people into office, then have them act on our behalf.
On BlueSky search for "democratic club". You'll find constructive activities that you can participate in.
Importantly, we've got to communicate our needs to our elected reps., then demand follow-through.

I get it -- Me too sometimes.
Honestly, the consequences of a coup scare me. At times I feel anger, frustration, and hoplessness.
So, I choose to act. In part, that means prodding my reps.
Some states have deceitful, swampy hacks.
California is lucky. Schiff is a fighter and he's brilliant.

These are the folks that represent my interrests:
Senate: Schiff and Padilla.
House: Kim.

I share your confidence in Schiff, and I'm glad that California has him to represent us.

I'm glad we're all here. Presumably his staff is tallying these responses as constituent feedback.
Schiff catches heat merely because he's visible here. Note that Padilla isn't (Nor a bunch of others).
We're an integral part of this dynamic.
Another fair question is, "What are we doing?"
comment in response to

The constitution is our bedrock. To abandon it spells our doom. We can't allow the lawless MAGAs to prevail.
Schiff is a Harvard-trained attorney. I'd like to know how he's going to use those skills.
Really, though the proper way to contact him is here:

Anyway,
Glad to meet you
