They have some great reporters who investigate Trump but both papers also often write stories in ways that help to normalize Trump and the NY Times habitually writes awful headlines that sane-wash him.

I could not agree more. Yes, the NY Times has written many excellent articles regarding Trump (special thanks Peter Baker) but their headlines are often awful and normalizing Trump's speeches is inexcusable.

Biden's doj worked harder at prosecuting Biden's son than at prosecuting the traitors who tried to overthrow the country in 2020 and again in 2021.
