I’m already seeing responses to the SCOTUS ruling like “HAHAH well BLUE STATE LAWMAKERS will USE THIS TO—“ no they won’t. Didn’t we learn this during the Biden administration? They will not buck norms, even to save people. Republicans will buck norms to hurt people. That’s the distinction.
