There was a time I didn't want to let others knows but it's refreshing to just let go. Even if it's not well known, I kind of appreciate what was there and what remains for now.
Oh and my mom's and my family's stories from there always grab me right away. Though it can get dramatic too.

It's more of people won't get it or the worry if they're not making fun of us, they'll speak bad about it behind your back.
But it's like, what am I going to do about it? Like I can't change what I am and it's a part of me like my skin and bones.

I wish I could understand it and same could be said of Bollywood music when I grew up. I usually didn't have this on around other people but only in private or at family events.
