If all other EU countries except Hungary and Slovakia refuse to allow transit of Russian gas through their countries they won't have any access to the Russian gas. Slovakia and Hungary can't import russian LNG and the only available gas pipeline is Turkstream that enters EU in Bulgaria.

There is an urgent need for Ukraine to develop a longe range cruise missile with larger warhead.
The original 200 KM range Neptune has 150 kg warhead. This is fine for an anti ship missile, but a rather small warhead for land attacks. Scalp/Storm Shadow and Tomahawk both has a 450 kg warhead.

Even though that there are also 3rd party candidates in US presidential elections it is fair to consider them as a 2 candidate election.
In a 2 candidate election a non voter is actually a vote for the winner of the election.
